Dr. Alyssa Mulligan received her B.A. in Biology and Biochemistry from University of Utah in 2013 and graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2018.
Originally from Moab and having practiced there for a few years, Dr. Alyssa joined the All Dogs & Cats Veterinary Hospital team in 2023. Dr. Alyssa speaks Spanish and can better facilitate appointments for our Spanish speaking clients.
Dr. Alyssa has developed a particular interest in pain management and preventative care. Ensuring that our patients have the best pain management available to them and that they are properly educated on the importance of preventative care, be that from parasite prevention medications and proper diet, all the way to routine blood work, is a core part of Dr. Alyssa’s medical ethic.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Alyssa enjoys finding the spice of life through cooking, rafting, fly-fishing, and hiking.
Currently, she resides in Utah with her husband Graham, their 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 10 chickens.
If you were a dog breed, what would you be and why? “Despite what I may be, I aspire to be a Golden Retriever because they are so positive, happy, and enjoy life to the fullest.”
